Some issues of grammar and format, so it might be slightly difficult to wade through, but mostly understandable. The site itself provides a pretty good introduction on its own, but it also (quite nicely) has a page listing most of the English-language books on the rebellion, including a free PDF of the contemporary account of the rebellion by the pro-Taiping mercenary Augustus Lindley.
