Do you have a shed dedicated to miniature wargaming? |
foxweasel | 12 Oct 2017 8:10 a.m. PST |
Yes, it has an 8'x5' table and plenty of storage space, but at the moment it's become the family dumping ground for random stuff. |

Bonus room over the garage that's officially known as the Soldierr Room. I do have to share it with my daughter's craft table and my wife's tennis racket stringer. |

No. Separate room in house used for gaming. |

Define shed. A shed where I am from is a two or three sided little building with no front to it. Gets mighty cold in the winter. I game in my garage. |

Yes I do. Cheaper than moving house and keeps everything in one place. Mind you it's more a cabin than shed. |

I have a building downtown. Many many years ago when my son got into high school and college, he converted the basement to a hang out for his band. better him at home than no one knows where according to my wife. So I bought a building downtown to reopen my shop which I had moved from Auburn. |

No shed but a game room currently in the basement which will soon migrate up to a large room on the main living level. |

I have one room upstairs. My stuff spills out all over the place, regardless. |
McWong73 | 12 Oct 2017 6:31 p.m. PST |
Yep, previous owners of my house did an extension across the driveway leaving a near four car, full brick garage inaccessible to vehicles. Why I like to tell folks I bought a garage with a house next to it. |
LostPict | 12 Oct 2017 6:32 p.m. PST |
I have a Victorian era workshop that is 30x16 that serves as a gaming and ceramic studio. In the big La Plata tornado of 2002, it stood up to the F4 twister as it hit maximum strength next to my house. With the storm gone, the shop was off her foundations and rotated 45 degrees. The local amish folks recentered her and fixed the damage as well as rebuilt the house. A little bit of history for a place to play historical games. |

Nope Unfinished but very comfortable basement with a nice warm concrete floor and lots of space Given that I live in Canada not sure how practical a shed would be from October to April unless I was prepared to insulate and heat it |
Doug MSC | 12 Oct 2017 6:58 p.m. PST |
Yes, my whole house and garage! |
Toaster | 12 Oct 2017 9:32 p.m. PST |
The garage is normally 5% laundry, 5% parking for my motorbike, 20% my workshop and 70% wargaming. Currently it's 50% book storage for the upcoming church fair. Robert |

Oh … a shed how fancy. When we were growing up we could just wish for a shed. We would wake up half an hour before going to bed in order to construct storage from used popsicle sticks and school paste, just to have to take it down each day before the morning beatings. Kids these days have it easy. Apologies to Monty Python |

jameshammyhamilton | 13 Oct 2017 7:50 a.m. PST |
Attic games room with space for a bed, cupboards shelves and two 6 by 4 tables plus landing storage for games. Plans for a new games basement room which should fit four 6 by 4 tables and an adjacent store room which should be about 12 by 8 or so. |
Micman | 13 Oct 2017 12:43 p.m. PST |
While I did use our 8x10 shed to store my gaming stuff when we moved in last month, no the shed is for stuff that can live out of doors. With no basement or garage ( had both at the rental) buying a house did not allow for a dedicated game area. I have the utility room for storage of gaming items and part of the guest room for my desk/painting area. The plan is to either put an addition on the house or build a separate garage with hobby area. That is at least a couple of years off. |

I have three sheds, and a two car garage. The sheds however, are going away and I am in the process of making other arrangements for the collection and game room. Mike Bunkermeister Creek bunkermeister.blogspot.com |
