Artizan (with a Z) is sold through North Star Miniatures. That website works perfectly.

Indeed.
Artizan are doing fine: artizandesigns.com

Artisan Wargaming is (was?) a different company:

At Artisan we buy and supply wargaming sets, collectables and scenery to new, experienced and veteran gamers… For five years we have been refurbishing and re-selling products from a range of original manufacturers including Games Workshop, Wizards of the Coast, Privateer Press, Warlord and Battlefront.
