GHQ Models has the Mig-15 and the F-86.
You might find more 1/300 or 1/285 plane types at Shapeways and/or Heroics & Ros.
Do have a look at the 1/600 scale planes from Picoarmor and Tumbling Dice Miniatures. Smaller can be better if you are gaming in a small space or have a limited budget.

Raiden also do a pretty good MiG-15 and Sabre in 1/300.

Check Your 6 Jet Age has a Korea supplement with scenarios for a variety of aircraft including P51 Mustangs, Meteors F9 Panthers, B29 Superfortresses, but the most common types for air combat were the F86 Sabres and Mig 15.

Second the Raiden suggestion. Nice planes and cheap. Collectair from Scotia would be my second choice, especially if you are in the UK.

C in C makes a beautiful, if somewhat large, F4U-5 flown by the Marines in Korea.

picoarmor sells the CY6 rules and their Korean War supplement that is mentioned above.

I-94 sells a pretty extensive line of Korean War aircraft.

Also if your willing to go down to 1/600th. Tumbling Dice make everything for Korea. I get mine from Dom's Decals
