Traders and punters planning to drive to the Crisis wargames show in Antwerp in November may not be aware (I certainly wasn't) that the city has low emission regulations in relation to older and larger vehicles which, if breached, can result in quite heavy fines. For most vehicles you can pay in advance and avoid the risk of fines. The information on liability and charges can be found here
