I have distinct memories of seeing an M113 Dozer with the blade painted with a giant set of Rolling Stone Lips. It would have been early 80's. Would anyone know if belonged to one of the two pioneer platoons or was it a 4 CER track? |

Wouldn't surprise me. Troops can be quite "artistic" after being in or working with a number of Mech/Armor units in my youth, '79-'90. When it comes down to "adorning" their vehicles with various "graffiti", names, etc. they can be very creative. Only based on what higher HQ allows, of course … |

There were M113 Dozers spread all over the Brigade, in the artillery, HQs and Sigs, and even in the Service Bn support companies. That was true for the Brigades in Canada as well. Brian |
