I wish we could get a new board spanning 1898-1917 American Imperialism. Could start 1898 Spanish-American War,Philippine Insurrection,Moro Wars,Cuba,Mexico.Perhaps into 1930's Banana Wars.Just a thought.

While they are interesting conflicts, and it is unquestionably true they were wars of Empire I think there is a negative connotation to the Imperialism part of the title- after all, we don't have a British Imperialism Board, and they were equally unquestionably better at it than the Americans

The Mexican interventions are already covered by the Mexican-American Wars board.

No, it would evolve into a catch-basin of jingoistic and politically correct cat-calls. No!

Lol. Yeah, the "La Raza" separatists and other crazies would really have a blast there.

Only if we can also get separate German, Belgian, Japanese, Russian and French Age of Imperialism boards.

The Victorian colonial board is an imperialism board no matter what you call it. I've never seen people so afraid of words as in this day and age .If you are so scared of what imperialism is you better take off 90% of the boards on this forum. We might have games with metal figures and no one is hurt but they exist because of real wars with real conquests. Our ancestors must be turning in their graves if they can see what their descendants have become.

To further add I don't believe it is right to take the land of others but unfortunately that is human history.I just asked about a board because I have a large interest in this period.
