I've combed through the Internet and have yet to find any reference to a significant naval arm of North Vietnam at the time of the Gulf of Tonkin Incident in 1964, other than the three old Soviet P4-class torpedo boats encountered. I find my lack of "Google-fu" on this subject disturbing. Would anyone here have any info on this? Thank you in advance! |
