I have tried I don't know how many times to verify mine. It says the server sent me an email but it never arrives, not in my inbox not in Spam…. |

I'm having the same issue (bounced emails) and I can't seem to find any contact info on their website, email or snail mail. Both used to be there, as I've had a number of minis painted by them (and a great job, too!). Hoping they're still in operation, as I have a number of unpainted mutants begging for their attention… |
