Do you mean Wargames Foundry? Wargames Factory never made any plains war figures.

Try Artizan miniatures I'm pretty sure their owner is an ex Foundry sculptor.

Yes, Mike Owen worked for Foundry, and was even assigned the task of extending a couple of ranges started by Copplestone after he left because his sculpting style is very similar.

But the Artizan mounted figures are too large to mix with the Foundry U. S. Cavalry and Plains Indians in my opinion.

Dixon mix well. I also use Old Glory Indians with my Foundry Indians.

Foundry U. S. Infantry are larger than their dismounted cavalry. I mix Artizan with them.
