They look nice as individual tiles, but the gaps really show when they are all together. It's a drawback to having modular tiles.

Still look cracking though. Very vivid! These were all pre-painted / pre-landscaped?

DG: Yes, these are straight out of the box.

One thing any modular terrain system is going to have is that grid effect, whether squares or hexes. Larger tiles can lessen that effect but at the sacrifice of giving one less flexibility with the layout. Scatter is a good idea to disguise the lines if desired.

All: Glad you like them. George had done a great job bringing these to market.
