Things are taking a dark turn in the Fate of Konor campaign: on the world of Vanitor, the skies burn as daemons pour freely from beyond the veil. The planet's surface has been reduced to a blasted hellscape, but the Marines Errant are on the offensive as they try to sever the warp breaches.

Armies
We are using 90 point forces again for this battle, as we wanted a really convincing force of daemons.

Daemons of Nurgle (Battalion)
Cor'bax Utterblight
Herald of Nurgle
Spined Chaos Beast
Pox Riders x 6
Plague Toads x 3
Nurglings x 6
Nurglings x 3
Nurglings x 3

Daemons of Nurgle (Super-Heavy Auxiliary)
Scabeiathrax the Bloated

The forces of Nurgle are not mucking around on this one – a full force of daemons, led by a renowned Daemon Prince and one of the meanest Greater Daemons in the Warp!

Marines Errant
Chaplain with Jump Pack
Chaplain
Tactical Squad (Flamer, Missile Launcher)
Tactical Squad (Missile Launcher)
Tactical Squad (Missile Launcher)
Assault Squad
Devastator Squad (Missile Launchers)
Terminator Squad
Terminator Assault Squad (Lightning Claws)

Once again, the marines Errant have gone infantry heavy, and this time they will be taking full advantage of their ‘deep strike' capabilities.

Nice AAR. Loved the table and well painted figures. Tough day for the Space Marines and the Imperium.
