Hi John,
Yes, it is on top of your 10%.
Remember once you log in the retail prices you see already include your 10%. I noticed that you put a pack of shields in your cart.
These normally retail for $2. USD On your screen the retail price would have shown $1.80 USD. You then get 15% off of that, which would be $1.53 USD, which is what the price was of the shield pack you put in the cart. Hope this helps
