Tim's service is very comparable to Robert's at Eureka USA. I've received several orders from him. Tim turns his orders around within 48 hours at the most, and no order has ever taken more than four or five days to arrive. He always uses USPS tracking for his customers. Tim is very friendly, and answers e-mails with a day. He seems to be thoughtful and is very interested in making sure his customers are informed and happy. His ranges, particularly the Japanese ranges in 15mm and 28mmm, are constantly expanding. Hope this helps. |
