After many years of wanting to play this scenario from a Too Fat Lardies Christmas Special, I was able to take on the challenge of V-Beach using If the Lord Spares Us rules and the excellent Eureka 15mm WW1 miniatures.
It was a bloody morning, indeed. More pictures of this game on my blog if you are interested: link |

Incredible table; brutal game; sounds like the rules handled this really well. |

Nice work. Incredible table for sure. (You need to spell check and proof--"The RDF take first the moment their boats …") |

Thanks guys First, my apologies, was a late night post (been sitting on it for weeks) and I should have proofed it – hopefully all resolved. I was really pleased by the table. It was done with what was at hand – needed a better mat for instance. But over all, I was really happy (and most of it was unused as it turns out!). Brutal – yes. I've always been in awe of the grit of those that went ashore that morning and can only imagine what it must have felt like for the handful of Turkish defenders. Yes, ITLSU handled it well, I feel. |
