A recollection on figures like this.
At "The Weekend" the small convention I put on in the summer in Lancaster PA we have an event called Military Science Theater 2000. In this we find the most awful, terrible, worst, goofiest, stupidest film on military history we can find and put it up on the screen and do to it what the guy and the two Robots did to Sci-Fi movies on Science fiction Theater 2000, with everyone hurling quips, smart remarkes, insults, and one-off's to the outrageous delight of others.
One year the theme for the convention was "Amazons" and one of my friends offered to screen the movies for MST2000.
I've done it for most years and you have to screen about thirty movies before you find one that is bad enough-- no-- make that just so bad that you can use it.
Well his wife got sick and he couldn't go and I had to take over the task. Luckily he had bought on a deal from the video place about twenty movies on "Amazons" for about a buck a movie.
So I had to look at them.
In these movies, which were not porn, it seemed like EVERY female starlet and extra was prancing around with a bare chest through the whole movie and that meant that I saw them all, from the rather nice to the rather grim. By movie 14 I was sick of them! The selection had taken all the fun out of boobs.
We see so many of figures of this type here that after a while it becomes Yeah, yeah , yeah, so you got emmmm..
