Salutations, gentlefolk ! Saw sale announced of 'Essex Old Code ROA Late Romans' (with note that 'ROA 3 Legionary Lanciarii, jav and shield = RO 54') Anyone remember these figures ? old Mike's Models ? how does quality compare with current Essex figures ? Thanks for your help with this. |

If no one else chips in I'll dig mine out and see if I can post a pic this evening. Camera is out of batteries… A bit smaller and more rounded as to style, possibly a bit chunkier, quality is comparable. I am quite happy with those I have, although they are still in the queue as to painting. |
