Looking for a 28mm sized sea mine, for a land based scenario.

Any suggestions as to manufacturers ?

This does not answer your question, but if it were me, I think I'd just glue sprues/plastic rod to a ping-pong ball and spray it gray.

came across a site uk based while back google little ships models david j perkins
had a british mk 17 ?? can't remember scale ?
