Looks intriguing, but what would you use to get some stone texture on that mdf? Plaster? Gesso? Brilliant trompe-l'oeil painting? All in all a nicely proportioned house with a nice roof. And I see they propose a stairway extension to accomodate 25mm bases. Very savvy!
