So, last night I opened up my two packs of the Fighting Civilians and found that they average 9 women per pack, only a couple with weapons (1 or 2 per pack I think), most of the rest can be used as nurses or other aids. My favorite are the ladies wearing havelocks on their shako like caps – rather like female members of Neill's Blue Caps from the Indian Mutiny. This does mean I'll need to order another pack, though, because I'm planning to have at least sixty civilian men above what I already had as part of the armed civilian contingent. And maybe more packs once I sort some stuff out. So, if you are making plans with this pack, I'd average it at 21 men out of 30 figures in the pack. Oh, and the females are different than the ones in the civilian packs. Just FYI for those who care. The surprise is that I wasn't expecting any women in this pack, not at all. Not disappointed, just surprised. More coolness from Blue Moon/OG25. My big question mark for this range: where are the other guns, we have the crews available in the range but only the Nordenfelt and the International Gun (which is very cool, by the way) are included in the range as announced and currently available???? |
