I bought some figures from Foundry in the UK. Smooth transaction. They shipped quickly through Track and Ship. The shipper then sent the shipment to FEDEX. FEDEX is now telling me they need a commercial invoice before they can send the box to me. I can't get anywhere with FEDEX (pretty nasty customer service so far) and Foundry have not answered any of my emails. Has this happened to anyone else? Bummer that the figs will be shipped back. |

Do you have a copy of the website order that you placed. Fedex should accept that as a commercial invoice. I have supplied the Website Invoice to Swiss Post in order to get goods through Swiss customs on several occasions. |

I was going to try that but the website order does not state their address as well as the figs are not all shows as youh have to actual scroll within the website order. I may try that but FedEx is less then helpful. |

I worked for those bozos for 15 years then got restructured. Probably tthe easiset way is to generate your own bil of laden with clear shipper and recipient addresses. Description of item, amount, price per piece etc and total cost. It looks like it is held in customs and they can't process it forward. I had order an order from FOundry during Christmas. Instead of the packs they were in baggies. No free spears either for the Spartans :( Came from FedEx. I hate those guys. Never responded to a complaint I had two months ago. |

No idea what happened, but it show shows they are on the way. And I just had done what Pete had noted. LOL. Up until the shipping part, everything was very smooth. I have FedEx to be the PITHA at this point, as they did not want to work with me at all. Then again, would have also liked to hear from Foundry. The bad thing, my wife saw the shipping invoice and voiced her displeasure. Well, the good with the bad! Game on! |

I did not have a happy experience with Foundry this summer, as another thread I started describes. I'm not sure what their problem is about shipping or responding to emails. They didn't even reply to PayPal's inquiries when I filed a complaint! TMP link |

FedEx as an airline vs being a rucking company or a US government postal service is highly regulated by FAA, TSA, Dept of Agriculture, Customs etc. There is not much that they can do if the original bill of lading did not include all the government requirements. |
