"GOT US-IMF Kickstarter" Topic

Hi everybody,

Apologies for being a little slow off the mark here, but better late than never!

We've got a 15mm & 28mm Kickstarter rolling for the entire faction from our Governance of Technology range of combat vehicles.

We're doing this in conjunction with Stephane Chasseloup who has a successful range of low-poly models for computer gaming – we're taking those and adding all the detail from the textures into physical detail on the 3d models (and thus into resin).

We've already unlocked some rather great stretch goals, but here's where we are up to today:

Prices vary a lot due to scale differences and so we've done the pledges to allow you to pick whatever you want within a certain money band – and then given each band (we've called them Ranks) a free promotion that gives you additional spending power. e.g. if you pledge £300.00 GBP you get to spend £390.00 GBP at survey time.

There is quite a long lead time as there is going to be a  lot of models and it's better to deliver on time, than promise too early and be late.

With the Kestrel having just been unlocked:

The next couple of stretch goals are to expand the Eagle Assault Craft and Kestrel Attack Craft so that they both have interior cockpit detailing and clear resin canopies.

Somewhat OT but still related: does this mean you'll be making your GoT figure ranges available again?

We've been informed that "a certain other company* has an identical model to the Ogre.

Having checked with the owner of the IP – Stephane Chasseloup, – that *other company* do NOT have permission to use his model, nor have they ever.

Any chance of the £300.00 GBP pledge being added to? 20 slots full already of course lol
The Ogre looks amazing how would your 15mm look for 28mm , be gutted if 28mm didnt get a shout.

Soft stowage now unlocked as stretch goal and Freebie for certain pledge ranks

We've been informed that "a certain other company* has an identical model to the Ogre.

If memory serves, the model has yet to be released. In any case, the previous threads on TMP suggested the design was 'inspired by' the film 'Soldier'.

Anyway – loving the VTOLs. I assume they'll be made generally available after the Kickstarter is fulfilled? And, will we see the Hunchback re-appear in 15mm in the future?

(Luckily IP rights aren't decided by popular posts on TMP and the ownership of that IP is not in any way, shape or form, under dispute: The IP belongs to Stephane.

We have permission to use it. That *other company* do not. Those are facts, not items up for discussion.)
