But not just any ECW musketeers… which are legion. No, what I'm wondering is if anyone makes late ECW musketeers armed with improved, lighter flintlock muskets; basically the musket in its final form, with the butt shape that continued into the 18th century and beyond, rather than the distinctive heavy, flared butt of the first half of the 17th century. |

What figures are the Perrys, herkybird? An error prevented me seeing the image. As to the Parkfield… thanks, but I do have standards :- ). |

The Perry figures are ECW11 Dragoon/Forlorn hope, skirmishing.
Musketeers firing A …
…might also do! PS: I agree with your view of the Parkfields! A little rough IMHO! |

I had a look at the enlarged images on the Perry website, and as far as I can tell both of the above packs are armed with early-style matchlocks, so… the search continues. |

I definitely think the army of Charles II is a likely source, as the uniforms are the same and all are likely using Dutch pattern muskets/firelocks. |

Empress may have something in their range to suit. I haven't checked their site recently so i'm not sure. |
