Ran a small game at the local club meeting this past weekend. An AAR can be found at link Unfortunately no photos of the game itself. Just a report form one sides viewpoint and a diagram of the battle. |

Very interesting AAR. I am the person that wrote the Anatomy of a Missile article many years ago, I am glad that it is still being used. I liked your modification of the missile hull, but suspect that it would make the missile more vulnerable to anti-missile fire. I just wish I could get people interested in Star Cruiser here in Washington. |

Thanks, Karl. With missiles getting knocked out with only a single hit it shouldn't make too much of a difference. The anatomy article is very important for the game. I hadn't played Starcruiser for a while, but was reminded of it when I started reading the Honor Harrington books by David Weber a few years back, with detonation laser armed missiles as the main ship killers. Most of those who are interested in space ship combat in this area have been using the Star Wars games. Thanks for writing the Anatomy of a Missile article. |
