I would drop one evade die to the Cylon. They died quick in the TV show. Other than that, Excellent !!! |

Good idea for next time, JMC, though I don't know how that would affect it's points. I hope someone figured out how they derive the points in these FlightPath games. Thanks. |

I'd drop the Vipers shields too… Pretty much everything died in one hit on BSG;tos. The vipers were just much harder to hit! And protected by having named characters in the cockpit. Awesome ships tho!

The Cylon raider has, from the days when I was glued to my little black and white TV watching the show in its first run, a favorite. Doug |

Alongside the Buck Rogers thunderfighters, the Cylon Raider is also a nostalgic favourite as well. |

You know, I had forgotten how much bigger than the Viper the Raider is. Instant one-hit explosions from TOS notwithstanding, I'd be tempted to stat up the Raider as durable and somewhat lumbering, and the Viper as more fragile but more maneuverable (almost the reverse of the TIE vs. X-Wing). Doug |

Only, the TV show had the Raiders blow up if so much as the gallant heroes look at them, while Apollo, Starbuck and Boomer have explosions all around them and they go unscathed. |

Yup – hence the "Instant one-hit explosions from TOS notwithstanding" … Doug |

The Raiders have a spacious 3-person cockpit while the Vipers can barely squeeze one person in :) Regarding maneuverability though, don't forget that in the original movie (and all credit sequences after that) we see Cylon Raiders pirouetting in 720 degree reverse loops gracefully towards Caprica… |

Byteknight 3D printing is the future Mike! Ive seen some Amazing stuff done in 3D. As for TOS BSG, one of "The" best TOS Galactica's Ive ever seen was listed under the name "Galactigator" on Shapeways. Really great. My only hold back.. its that 'grainy feel', being printed in WSF material. But all in all, like these they do look really good. |

The grainy feel is the only drawback, but it's just a matter of time that the decent material will come down in price. :-) |
