Since everyone can post again, tell us, what did you buy?!?

Wackmole920 Jul 2017 10:16 a.m. PST

Nothing! I stayed home and bought a bunch of Baccus miniatures, Hail Ceaser, the Zulu supplement for Black Powder, and the second edition of Bolt Action.

Winston Smith20 Jul 2017 10:46 a.m. PST

I didn't go but I had some stuff picked up.
Old Glory Voodo Warriors, and Seminole Maroons.
I hope they're suitable for Lord Dunmore's Ethiopians. But if they aren't, that's what they're going to be anyway.

Ceterman20 Jul 2017 10:54 a.m. PST

Good for you, Dynaman8789! Just couldn't stand to come South one last time huh?
Me, I ran 2 Games, at my last HMGS con. Unless they move one back closer to us down here. Only bought a few figs from Warlord, Brit snipers. And a few other figs from Brigade. Had 12 GREAT players tho & thoroughly enjoyed the show.

TheKing3020 Jul 2017 11:04 a.m. PST

First time for me, but….

After participating in White Manticore & Nazrat's Congo game, I bought the game and Foundry factions from Badger Games and some monkeys and a (friggin!!!!!) Gorilla (goodness I hated that Gorilla!!!!).

I intend to put on a game of Congo. If my game is half as nice as their game I'll consider it a smashing success.

I also bought some AD 1666 figures (they are absolutely stunning).

Royal Air Force20 Jul 2017 11:16 a.m. PST

Lots of MDF terrain

BCantwell20 Jul 2017 11:49 a.m. PST

I also bought Congo and one of the North Star starter packs from Brigade. Added some random animals from the Ral Partha bins, and some terrain bits from Acheson

Some walls from … uh… Stonehouse Miniatures.

I also bought a Blood & Plunder starter set, that's costing me more and more every day! :)

ACWBill20 Jul 2017 4:08 p.m. PST

Ember52 Supporting Member of TMP20 Jul 2017 5:10 p.m. PST

Somewhat mobility limited following knee surgery, so I didn't get around as much as usual. Picked up a Cigar Box mat from BTC, some AB Nappies and a TFL rulebook from Eureka, and some homemade industrial terrain pieces from a friend in the flea market. Didn't get to Minuteman before close on Sunday, but I did send off a small post-con order for some 1/72 plastics.

Hope all were pleased with their respective sales and purchases.

Scott

Not enough to keep any vendors happy, I'm afraid. Over the last few years I've concentrated on getting the lead and plastic pile whittled down.

Got some nice Crusader Normans in the Flea market.

In the vendor hall I got a Chinese take out box full of MDF bases and some Brigade Four Musketeer figures.

Regulars21 Jul 2017 4:29 p.m. PST

All of Scott's Paper Terrain new ACW buildings in 10-15mm. It is really super nice material. Also got Bill's great new Battle of Franklin, Elkhorn Tavern, and Trooper house. Of course I also picked up The new Brigade Fire and Fury set I have been play testing from Rich.
