That rascal Tarleton has gone on a raid into North Carolina to destroy American supplies and cause a lot of trouble. The old Panzerfaust magazine had a map boardgame campaign back in the 70s. You had to paste all the maps to cardboard, etc. You had to cut out the counters, etc. This is one of the skills boardgamers had to learn back then. One of their magazine games had to do with this campaign. Naturally I sold mine on eBay. I was stunned to see a bidding war on what was by then trash I was going to throw out. I think I got $75 USD or something for it. Now that I'm playing a lot of TSATF Flames of Liberty, specifically in the South, I'm kind of bummed that I sold it. Your campaign is inspiring, Jim. |
