@ Rodger. They are made by RedBox (or at least they first appear on RBīs site first,so maybe a co-operative)and go under the Titel Alliance

Thereīs two sets of foot, one set is more or less light infantry (not so much armour)

the other, which I havenīt painted yet, are the heavy inf. As to where youīd get them? A quick search of the US based sellers shown at PSR link
didnīt give results for the new but they are relatively new
