"The French Army unveiled for public display on July 14 the Griffon multirole troop carrier, one of the vehicles driven in the Bastille Day parade for which U.S. President Donald Trump is a guest.

French President Emmanuel Macron invited Trump to mark the 100th anniversary of the U.S. entry to World War I.

Honoring the 100th anniversary of World War I and marking 100 years of "innovative technology" are two key themes underpinning the parade, Army Gen. Bruno Le Ray, told journalists. One of le Ray's tasks as Paris military governor is to organize the parade, a political and military event marking the French Revolution…."
