link Started looking at Sudan scenarios involving river support – first came an Old Glory Gunboat – small piece chipped from where cabin and hull meet – otherwise a nice casting – clean and easily painted – can see where it can be modified and may look at a second one in the near future – but first I need a stern paddle wheeler. For D'hows – couldn't have been more excited to get 2 15mm wooden models from Last Stand Dan – Highly recommended – from magnets to create two different sail positions to rudders and sails – a very nice set of boats to attack with. Can definitely see adding a different size in as well. Dan also threw in a naval ensign for the gunboat – Thanks More to follow in weeks to come |

Shallow draft boat with 1 or 2 masts
Of course – a very general western term for this style of boat – In Arabic – boats are known for their hull design while westerners tend to classify based on sail type. |
