ehm…from the pict of cooked pasta i see on his blog..over cooked with a horribly soft appearance and an anonymous sauce that you'll never see in such a dish if cooked properly as in in my country..i think it's far better than he limits his use of spaghetti for wargame terrain scratchbuilding :-)

I m joking Armand ….just joking with our Brasilian friend who poster in his nice blog the pict with a very amusing and nice comment
My list of worst spaghetti according to country/nationality of cooks:
_ France: horrible disgusting they dare to call it "nouilles"
_ UK: no comment anyway i even prefer if they offer me pudding or their infamous Red beans :-(
- Germany: good will …but
_ Canada / Usa: amanzingly good but cooked by cooks with Italian family links
- Argentina: quite good also if i was presented with a churri churri toping included
