This guy was almost finished back in March. I put him aside when I got distracted by other things. I was using some of the colours that he needed to be finished while doing stuff for historicon and then had to do some decals on something else so . . .
It is the original metal kit with a different weapon, from another metal kit and a different power fist, from the plastic contemptor. I liked the look of it for 30K more and the Space Wolf dread came with an assault cannon which you can't use on regular dreads in 30K. Good thing I had several boxes of the things lying around.
It will probably be a little while before it sees a table top. I likely won't do any Prospero stuff until September. As I understand it a bunch of the Rout models will be coming out from Forgeworld in August so I'll get some of those and get them done before we do another game. |

They are pretty neat models. The Legion ones are more interesting than the contemptors in a lot of ways as they aren't as powerful, although I've yet to see how one works in the new rules. |
