I am getting fairly resourceful at finding 3d video images and converting them into 3d printing files. I have made a large # of modern jet files and was wondering What scales people prefer for modern jet combat.

1/200 is good.

1/144 is sadly a bit too large to work well with the large nature of modern fighters, unless you're engaging in 'floor wars' or otherwise have a large gaming space available.

Though there are plenty of models out there because of its popularity as aviation modelling scale. But yeah the whole space thing probably curtails its use for wargaming. Though when I eventually crack and buy modern forces in 1:144th I'd be in for some helicopters…

This sounds awesome, but I would like to print them in smaller scales. Have you put them on Thingiverse, or are you wanting to sell them?
