V&V sells a fourth set of 28mm Anglo-Saxon warriors for Saga, some Ceorls.

I thought plastic was supposed to make figures cheaper? They are nice but, 3 bucks per seems excessive.

They are almost $4. USD That's twice the cost of Saxon, Gripping Beast, or Footsore. This particular set does not appear to be made of resin or plastic, they're wooden.

V&V miniatures are cast from Resin, and in quality compare to collectors miniatures rather then rank and files.

I do have all their 28mm-sets – started buying them as soon as I got my first – and find them cheaply priced for what you get. They are, eg, considerably better then Forgeworld miniatures, realistically proportioned and the detail is comparable to what Dark Sword offers in metal.

If you look for quality, go there. If you want cheap rank&file, don't.

I concur with Puster, they are excellent quality miniatures thumbs up
