Anyone know of a current source for a 1/144 German WWI Zeppelin? I'd like to buy one to have a convention game of Wings of Glory. |

I've got an unbuilt, plastic HAWK, Graf Zeppelin model that I paid $100 USD for that I'd sell ya for $65 USD plus shipping. PM me or answer here if interested. Peter |

See this link for one by Hippo Models. link They make the early P-Type Zeppelins (LZ38-51). You can also check out Shapeways. There is a seller called Reduced Aircraft Factory that sells the components to also make a P-type. link Mark |

I did a little more research and unfortunately, the Hippo Model Zeppelin is out of production. However, Skytrex (Red Eagle) makes one. link But it is very expensive and is BIG … almost four feet long. Mark |

Mark, That's why I posted what I did! I looked into both of those years ago. I declined because of cost. The Zep I have is 1/245th scale & I think about 2.5 or 3 feet long, I'd have to look & yes, it would need some conversion work done to make a "proper" WW1 Zep.(I could overlook most of that, but I know some could not!) But at least you don't need to refinance the house to buy it! Peter |

If you don't mind going to 1/200 scale, J F Schreiber makes several different Zeppelin models in paper. |

Thanks for the responses. Peter- I have that Graf Zeppelin model already but would prefer not to alter that one. I'll look into the paper Zepps. |
