Heading to Historicon in a few weeks got me thinking about the flea market. What are the miniatures, vehicles, terrain, etc that are out of print and you just can't find? For me it is Grindhouse Games' Dogface Robots from their "Junk" line. |

Frontier 25mm Indian Sappers & Miners/Pioneers with entrenching tools on their backs… and Pontoonier 28mm Third Burma War Gurkhas, which are rumored to be back "in print" but available only at semi-mythical conventions in the Mid-West. |

Ral Partha 25mm Elves are progressively coming back. Iron Wind Metals have run two Kickstarters to re-make the old Ral Partha line for Chaos Wars. You can see more at Iron Wind Metals online store here: link And their Ral Partha website here: ralpartha.com |

I tend to think original Minifig spaceships might be of interest. SFB's Pseudo Fighters are still good, I think. I like original Starfire minis, but not sure if they count as 'beyond reach.' Also-rans include non-rotted Star Frontiers, original Star Fleet Wars(I consider new production Monday Knight superior, but nostalgia…), Archive (sp?). I came by way of Spaceship Gaming, so my first thoughts. Doug |

@TheBeast, Interested in purchasing Star Frontiers spaceships? I have a bunch unpainted in original packaging. Al |
boy wundyr x | 27 Jun 2017 8:18 a.m. PST |
Martian Metals Traveller figures, at normal human prices – I don't mind paying some premium for them, but not $60 USD+ for a pack of three 15mm figures. Recently got three K'Kree for a very reasonable price, so I'm not completely without hope, but that took about three years of patience and diligence to find them. |

Leading Edge Games Aliens and Colonial Marines. At least at a decent price. |

For an exceedingly rare species: Ral Partha's Ogre Mk.IV. A few prototypes were made, never went into full production. |
Yellow Admiral | 27 Jun 2017 1:04 p.m. PST |
SJ Games did eventually produce a model of the MK IV. I think I may have two of them. They also made a Fencer, and I'm *pretty* sure I bought one while they were available. (Maybe I should do an inventory….?) - Ix |
Dave Crowell | 27 Jun 2017 1:17 p.m. PST |
Grenadier Models did two boxes of Dark Crystal miniatures that I have never been able to get my hands on. I also have an inordinate fondness for the old Heritage Dungeon Dwellers line. |
miniMo | 27 Jun 2017 1:38 p.m. PST |
Hmm, SJG did release the Mk.IV, also OOP now and still a somewhat rare beast: link I have a Ral Partha Fencer (and a couple of Mk.III's), a very sleek monster! The plastic III's and V's will soon be plentiful. Seven of each awaiting the KS fulfillment. There may be a variety of conversions following that… |
Lion in the Stars | 27 Jun 2017 2:19 p.m. PST |

Mega Miniatures 28mm K'Kree. @ boy wundyr x: I have quite a few of the Martian Metals 15mm K'Kree. I spent about 30 years collecting them, but I really don't do 15mm any more at all. They are based and painted (many of them, anyway.) They currently live in Storage, and it may take me a while to find them. PM me if you are interested. |

Most of the Snapdragon Studios SF buildings. SJG or Ral Partha Ogre items – Vulcan and drone, the Ni ja and both faction Missile Crawlers, though I have a RP Paneuro, and a rather nice custom Combine one :) Forge World Epic Tau. The lot. That's about all my must haves. I'd accept Substitutes like Shapeways "near enough" for some, not a purist completely. |

Interested in purchasing Star Frontiers spaceships? Have a bunch unopened; I may be too timid lest I only find dust… I have a Ral Partha Fencer A friend took the hull from a FASA Gorn Battleship to make his own image of, but I'm not sure gain equaled loss. There were first Edition Full Thrust?!? Or the same that were available with second? Doug |

Early 90s Grenadier Resin Buildings (The Town of Grenatown). I had one building but it was impossible to get more. Early 80s Otherworld Artifacts diorama sets. Never seen them before and haven't since. |

Steve Jackson's OGRE 'definetly' makes my list. I only ever got 3 of the actual 'Ogres'. Ive had them 'put up' for so long, w/ the exception of the Fencer, I cant even recall for certain of which versions. Yellow Admiral (Maybe I should do an inventory….?) Dito! Im sure some of you are aware – even following this project. But I stumbled across this, a Kickstarter notice; they 'may' do the Ogre minis in Plastic. link |
