To me, the longest hours are those between coming home to the dreaded red card, saying your figures could not be delivered, till the time the sorting office collection desk opens! |

For me, the longest six hours of the day happen between "Honey, can you come help me with something for a minute?" and when I get back to the painting table three minutes later. |

You just have to learn how to pass the time. Today, I pulled out all the pushpins in my bulletin board that weren't purple or green and wandered around the building switching them for purple or green ones; the challenge being not to be seen doing so. Summers are slow. I literally had no work to do for a couple of hours. |
