I saw a similar report a year or two ago, that explained the constant flow of fighters, weapons and supplies into Mindanao, but this is for those who might want a little more recent confirmation.

Of course, the Philippines' military can't keep track of all that flow from Indonesia and Malaysia, and then to also stay on top of what China is doing to their claims on the Spratley Islands.
