Really? Scale mystery. Neither the OP nor manufacturer give a hint. After a tedious search, I finally stumbled upon this tidbit:

Ideal for use with 28mm – 32mm scale models.

Why, oh why, do so many think scale so unimportant that they disdain to mention it?
