… armoured vehicle in the world . "China has developed the fastest 4x4 amphibious armoured vehicle in the world which can reach a maximum speed of 50 km/h. The vehicle is being built by the North China Institute of Vehicle Research in Beijing. The layout of the vehicle is similar to all 4x4 modern armoured vehicle personnel carrier with the crew at the front and troops compartment at the rear. The vehicle features a V-shaped hull which offers more protection against mine blast. To reach the top speed of 50 km/h in the water, the vehicle uses compact pump jets alongside retracting wheels to reduce resistance during a high-speed on the water…"
