Last night the club played a 15mm World War 1 game set in Mesopotamia. All 15mm figures using home brew rules. Figs are mostly old Minifigs brand.

The Turks hold the fort and town but need to drive down the railroad to take back the small village. The British want to break through the Turkish lines.

Early stages only were played last night, moving to contact with some interesting all cavalry melees. I had the troops in the one trench line with no enemy in sight so I was mostly a spectator.

Beautiful inspiring setup. Lovely to see classic 15mm Minifigs on the go! Never seen a sand-flocked tape measure before. Serious attention to the desert look!

We have tape measures flocked in green, sand, and white (snow battles)!

Nice, and bonus points for getting a train on the table.

Great pics and report – love the dunes and the mat. Are the dunes cut from foam? My next game has to be some ITLSU after seeing this.

I do not need another period. This so tempting.

One of the best looking games I've seen in a long time!
