"Numantine and Roman Panoplies" has been uploaded to Academia.edu by Iberian antiquities scholars Fernando Quesada-Sanz and A Lorrio.

link

It is a full-colour illustrated paper complete with diagrams of weapons and armour from archaeological digs, as well as full-colour artist's illustrations from Quesada-Sanz's book.

Even you don't understand Spanish there is plenty of use here.

TLDR: The Celtiberians of Numantia were typically armed with spear and dagger, small round caetra, and textile greaves. Cavalry were similarly armed. Helmet and body armour finds do not appear to have been common. No mention of mail, only breastplates.

Excellent link.

He had earlier papers describing the tactics of the Iberian and Celtiberian warriors.

Welcome.

@Olivero Jump to the table of comparing Roman v Iberian arms.. There's only a little text there that can mostly be translated with the help of a dictionary. Many Latin terms there are familiar to wargamers.

¡Eso es bueno!

Here's the really good illustration for painting reference from that paper:

The download process is asking for access to my google account Contacts. Is everyone getting this message?

Yes, and I refuse. I created a separate account a couple years ago to get around this problem. I really want to like academia.edu, but sometimes I think a family of monkeys could manage their site better.

Yes Ran it did for me as well. Fortunately I only created a Google account by accident as i was trying to reset my password for my Academia account and have no contacts…

The typical Celtiberian proposed by Quesada-Sanz and Lorrio is the rightmost figure in the pic posted by miniMo.

Based on currently available figures one would probably have to kitbash a little. Wire spears and unarmoured heads on the Victrix Unarmoured Iberians would probably work.

The middle figure is an Iberian veteran with a captured helmet (presumably from a Roman, possibly equipped by the Barcids given the scutum.

On the left is a Roman legionary.
