Any "extra realism" that transforms a misjudgement of a couple of mm from "long range" into "no effect at all" is imho useless humpteedumptee.

In effect you reward those with better judgement with a more effective army. Historical realism rarely depended on the general being able to judge the range of his bowmen to last yard.

Just imho, of course.

That said, their Fireforge bundles look good – printed rules and up to four boxes for 90 EUR.
