"The Star Wars – Podrace project goes into the second round. First, the Mirco Machines Podracer models have landed on my Maltese. The racing cars are prepainted, but you can shake a lot of details with your own paint. Of course it is also about imitating the famous used look of the Star Wars universe. Before the painting I also once again the varied Podracer from the episode 1 studied. Incredible 18 different models are offered to us.The Star Wars – Podrace project goes into the second round. Jamie Davis wrote a set of rules, called Future Race, which provides a tremendous experience running pod races with the micro machines. They are still available from his Web page, I believe. Working from my phone, but you can easily find them with Google or Bing.

I was just looking at my collection yesterday. I picked them up years ago knowing that I could use them at some point.

Who makes those buildings and what scale are they?

I have made a set of rules fro these models using the X-Wing game maneuver templates and dice. It is pretty simple and allows for fast movement (you can combine up to 3 templates in series for a single move). If there is any interest I can share a link.

A set of table top pod racing rules called Spin Out are available for free at runtus.org
