So I am moving over from Napoleonic and starting up with FOW, I have a whole lot of questions about figures, etc, but for now, I'm trying to figure out what to do with my rulebook, that had the binding break about an hour after I purchased it.

I see people have had luck with getting this spiral bound at a Kinkos or FedEx store… Do I just hand them the book and they take care of it, or do I need to actually remove the remaining pages from the spine? I'd say 95% of it is intact.

They will take care of it, at least they did for me at Office Max. Very inexpensive too, less than $3 USD IIRC.

Make sure when you take your book in for Spiral Binding to point out the loose pages to them!! Can't stress that enough!!! The first step in their process is to cut the binding off in a machine that does it in one swoop! Also ensure you have placed the loose pages back in the book in the correct order!!

If the loose pages are not placed correctly, they could be incorrectly cut, then not be correctly aligned for the Spiral Binding! This could result in them falling out once the process is completed! I had this happen to one of the books I had done, and some of the loose pages were cut at an angle which prevented them from being correctly bound! A real pain as there was no way for them to fix it once the cut was made!

I learned how cheap their bindings were and took them right from the shop over to Kiknos before I even browsed the thing.

I want to do this. I've just been too lazy to get up on a Saturday and head to Kinkos!
