Sean at Newline Designs has made my day. I had ordered some Sikhs and Afghan cavalry to beef up my 20mm Sword and Flame stuff. The package arrived 6 weeks later, ripped open and in a plastic bag with a post office note saying" we're sorry to have caused you any inconvenience". Well every piece was missing so sorry didn't cut it. I immediately emailed Sean and asked about insurance, etc. and he said he would try on his end and in the mean time, he would resend my order. Well it arrived today! Missing one command pack!!
I know it's hard fulfilling orders but I trust Sean will make it right under these unusually circumstances.
Bottom line: Thank you, Sean, for taking care of this.
