I 'm not. My payment of the order was not noticed ("slipped through the cracks" ?) and more than a "sorry" did not see possible. He did not deign to response to my mails. Obviously too arrogant to deal with foreigners… Fortunately he is in the USA now, so I do not need to deal with hím anymore ! |

Have to agree. My experience was pretty good. Had an order come up short 2 shields and they got here today. It took a few days for him to respond to my email, but considering we're in graduation, convention, vacation season, I'm not going to complain.
Like I said, I got my stuff and the figs look terrific |

To be clear: my comment was about Thornton, then Musketeer, and not Footsore. I have dealt with a lot of manufacturers over the (many) years, and I will definitely avoid him. |

I've dealt with Bill while he owned Musketeer and now Footsore. I've personally found him to be nothing short of a gentleman and a wonderful business man. Plus – he's one of my favorite sculptors! |
