Try Eureka. eurekaminusa.com The ones listed as 25mm are very small other are 28mm and rather thin. |

Eureka, Spectre, Stan Johanson, Britannia and some Empress are one piece. Several Empress figures require you to attach a head but that is the only assembly. |

Empress modern Chinese are 1 piece except for the heavy y weapons. The Australians need the heads fitting. Both are excellent sculpts. |
