Not quit large enough (for a full sqd) I think, and the main weapon is larger. But for some reason, at first glance it brought to mind the APC from Aliens. Depending on your setting.. and the type of weapons in 'your' storyline, it could also make a great 'shoot'n scoot' light tank destroyer.
