Below is a selection of Nashcon photos from Saturday. Here is the

There were several games which drew crowds just to observe the works of art:
Thunder at Cassino. This game was a miniatures version of the Avalon Hill boardgame of the same name. It depicted the Battle of Monte Cassino from March 15th to March 23rd, 1944. Grady West presented this WWII battle using 1:285 scale miniatures. He built the entire thing from the ground up. Fantastic.
The Battle of the Susquehanna. Kermit Hilles presented this American Civil War game for 8 players using "Johnny Reb 3" rules. The terrain just blew everyone away.
War of the Roses. Cory Ring and Titch White hosted a epic medieval battle using hordes of 28mm figures and the quick-to-play, easy-to-learn "Tactica: Medieval" rules. There was so much armor you needed sunglasses.
There were a lot more wonderful games and wonderful friends. I had a blast playing in every session, albeit I would sneak away to photograph some of the games.
